Sometimes A Quickie Really Hits The Spot

Last night was brewing night again at the Dunn house. All went well and Donna even held the strainer as I poured my cooled wort into the fermenter.

No, that's not a euphemism. Perverts.

I've been reading your blog somewhat obsessively since last night when I stumbled upon it. I've not been able to tell, so I'll ask: Does your wife know about the blog?
I'm enjoying your take on Mormonism; for some reason I find it a fascinating cult. Although I do think you are a bit overly obsessed with the holy underwear! Great blog. I'll be back.

I am a bit obsessed with the garments, at least as far as this blog goes. It makes for good reading, I think. My blog posts, while honest and frank, don't always represent the whole me. If you knew the whole me, you'd know I'm actually much more shallow even than that.

Worts and all

Us perverts want to know, how did you know we'd make something dirty of that last line? Huh? Takes one to know one, don't it Pete?!

What's the latest on the last batch? Is it going to fizz up or what?

The latest batch is an American Pale Ale. The first batch finally fizzed up nicely, thanks.

so.. i got here by way of exmormon.org. i am not a mormon, but a lifetime utah resident. i don't have quite the experience you have, but i could share some stories with you. i did do the whole young women thing. my friends all were involved, so if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. right?? RIGHT.

at any rate...i felt it was appropriate to finally introduce myself and make a comment. i enjoy reading your blog. you have a great writing style and i can't wait to read more.

You CHOSE to participate in youth activities. Sheesh. I was so envious of my non-Mormon friends because they were allowed to do things that were actually fun.

I can't wait for you to read more too.

You may want to have that wort examined.

So do you have a regular Garage Frog canvas apron yet or no?

Submitted by Pete on February 22, 2007 - 10:49am.

Not an official Garage Frog apron, per se. I'm using an old fig leaf apron I had lying around.

That was so bad, Pete! Hilarious. And irreverent. I can't stop smiling. And giggling. Nor can I write a complete. Sentence.

HAHA!

Someone had asked why you write about the garmies...if you've never worn or seen them, you can't possibly appreciate the truckloads of humor the inspire!!
Hope all bubbles and fizzles in the garage and the bedroom!
