I Need A New Dog

"There's too much snow to leave the house. I'll never get to work today. I need to get a job where I get paid to take pictures of my dog balancing things on his head."

"We'd need to get a new dog for that."

"And if someone offered me the job today I wouldn't be able to do it because I can't even get out of the driveway to go get a new dog."

"So, you're telling me that because we have a stupid dog I have to go shovel the driveway?"

"Yep."

"We need a new dog."

Maybe Dooce will lease Chuck to you. You could work out the shipping and handling by having Chuck sent to you, and plus, he can already balance stuff on his head.

That way, you get a new dog, and you still don't have to shovel the driveway.

Unfortunately, I think there is only one Chuck and Heather won't let you have him because then she wouldn't have a job where she can take pictures of her dog and stay home.

But, who knows, maybe another Chuck does exist. Good luck with that.
